The intimate session is a whole experience that covers set up, cooking, interactions with Chef Eddie, knowledge sharing your curiosities about food and he even cleans up. All in one, leaving you with a memorable experience with your loved ones.

Chef Eddie's approach to cooking and his concept for Ma Pasion stems from three core components: Food, as the quality canvas and tools; Art, as the creative process of combining flavours and textures to balance all senses; and Love, as the experience honours the heritage of the ingredients, the learning and passion in cooking while bringing people together.

Eddie Huynh is a private chef with over 18+ years experience in fine dining across top Melbourne restaurants. Using his expertise in French and modern Japanese cuisine, he honours the produce while injecting his creative grace.
